the cycle today was tremendous. these kinda hot sundays gives me enuff sustainance and assurance for me to cycle. and by golly, a 4 hr session on a 2-wheeler is tremendous.

oh and ive watched too many fights nowadays convincing enuff to take up a similar sport agn. prolly spells MMA/BJJ.
